Before your visit with Dr. Zarbalian, please update your active medication list by going to the "My medications" section on the right side of the page (if working on a desktop computer).
Dr. Zarbalian is back and he has opened up the schedule for Monday, April 20th since the rest of the week is booked (and then Dr. Zarbalian will be at annual AAMA conference).
For medicare patients, if your insurance has changed, please inform us before your appointment. All patients should also update insurance information under "my account details". If you are a new medicare patient or your info changed, please also upload a photo of your medicare card (and any medicare supplement or medicare advantage cards) in the "Labs and documents" section.
